What we forget, is that under all the Pat McGrath makeup and accessories ad campaigns, is that Galliano while at Dior excelled perhaps better than anyone else (apart from Vionnet herself) at this genre of gown- vaguely 30’s inspired, mostly bias cut, perfectly sexy yet romantic, always breathtaking. The perfect way to close the show.
